Who makes It’s Stella Rose products?

It’s Stella Rose products are entirely handmade in NYC by designer Stella Rose Saint Clair.

What about the up-cycled pieces?

Up-cycled items are sourced locally, and treated for stains and imperfections before being listed for sale. Any lingering imperfections will be listed in the item description. All appliqué details are done by designer Stella Rose Saint Clair.

What if an item I want is sold out?

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be marked. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Note: Up-cycled pieces are generally one-of-a-kind.

What do you do with my shipping information?

We respect your privacy and therefor will never share or sell your personal information to any third parties. Information collected at checkout is intended to be used for transaction purposes only.

When will my order will shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and ship within 5 business days. Items generally reach their destination within 5 business days from the ship date. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

How does sizing work?

We take care to provide accurate sizing for all our products including measurements in inches for chest/bust, waist, hips, length, and sometimes more. We then estimate the letter size (ex: XL) from the measurements we’ve taken, using the standard US garment size guide. When purchasing up-cycled pieces, we encourage you to check your measurements with the ones we provide as opposed to just going off the letter measurement. We are also happy to answer specific questions about a garment at info@itsstellarose.com

How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and most major credit cards via Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. However, if you've received damaged goods please email info@itsstellarose.com so we can address the issue.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the USPS tracking number for your package.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the USPS for information if your package was not delivered.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart run the upper righthand corner of your screen.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship worldwide via USPS. Orders within the US will ship either First Class or Priority. International items will ship Priority International.
